Normand has been welcomed as an Invited Member of The Mazza Museum (Global children's art), Findlay, Ohio 2013 Recently: October 11, 2012: Kerri Art Gallery was proud to present the artwork of Normand Chartier with an Opening Reception from 6-8PM. Kerri Art Gallery is located at 861 Main Street, Willimantic, CT 06226. There were 40+ watercolor paintings and 40+ original children's illustrations (including Sesame Street) and a display of most of Normand's books. *** Normand Chartier is a Connecticut artist, who lives in the rural "Quiet Corner" of the state. He is an accomplished rising watercolorist and an internationally celebrated illustrator, specializing in children's literature. His luminous impressionistic watercolor paintings have won numerous awards and have found their way into more than two hundred and fifty public and private collections around the entire country.
