- Normand is a 2009/10
Georgia Book Award finalist for "TIL
THE COWS COME HOME"
- Gallery Exhibition: Friday,
July 3 (5-9pm) PUTNAM ART STROLL: Normand's paintings
and illustrations will be displayed in the Arts
and Framing atrium in downtown Putnam, CT, as part of a evening
of art at four different galleries. Local restaurants are featuring
some "artsy" menu items and desserts, etc.
- Stay Tuned! Normand has been honored with a retrospective
show of paintings and illustrations for the Thomas
Dodd Research Center and Galleries at the University of Connecticut.
It will run from early October 2010 to
January of 2011, and will showcase his illustration
work in one gallery and paintings concurrently in another gallery.
